Bond University Executive Learning Unit is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to build meaningful partnerships, identify new opportunities and develop tailored learning solutions for organisations across Australia and Internationally. 

 

This is a genuine business development and sales role focused on identifying and growing opportunities for executive education and microcredentials across the government, corporate, professional association, and not-for-profit sectors. As Partnership Manager, Executive Learning, you will manage a diverse portfolio of executive education, customised programs, international development initiatives, and microcredentials, building long-term partnerships and connecting clients with academic expertise across Bond University's four faculties and various disciplines to deliver tailored learning solutions for business, government, and industry.

 

You will lead opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal, tender, negotiation, and conversion, working with academic and professional teams to develop solutions that deliver value for clients.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Generate and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage opportunities through the sales and BD cycle
  • Lead government tenders, RFIs, EOIs and corporate proposals
  • Develop tailored executive learning solutions
  • Connect clients with academic and professional expertise
  • Negotiate commercial and partnership arrangements
  • Manage the CRM and sales pipeline
  • Drive Executive Learning revenue, reach and reputation

     

About the person

We are looking for a proven business development professional and salesperson with a strong track record of winning new business and generating revenue across government and corporate markets. You will have experience identifying and pursuing opportunities, developing and winning complex proposals and tenders, negotiating commercial outcomes and managing a sales pipeline against measurable targets. 

 

You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and working across a complex organisation to develop solutions that meet client needs. Strong commercial judgement, proposal writing skills, CRM experience and a proactive, entrepreneurial and results-focused approach are essential.

 

Experience in higher education, executive education, professional learning or a related environment would be advantageous, but we are particularly interested in your commercial track record and your ability to win work.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $134,605.85 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
