International offer acceptance process

Congratulations on receiving an offer to study at Bond University — we can’t wait to welcome you to our community and our beautiful campus. Your time at Bond will be one that you remember forever — not only will it help to launch or further your career, but you will also meet new people, make professional connections, and get to experience life on the beautiful Gold Coast.

As an international student, accepting your offer consists of approximately five steps that can be completed quickly with the right information to hand. Below, we take you through accepting your offer to Bond, paying your fee deposit, receiving your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), and the steps that follow.

How to accept your offer

To accept your offer to study at Bond, you will need to complete the following steps:  

  1. Log into our online application service and click ‘Respond to Offer’. Then, select ‘Accept’.

  2. Pay your fee deposit for your first semester. The terms of this payment will be outlined in your Letter of Offer. For more information about making your initial payment, learn more about our payment options for international students.
  3. Ensure you meet any offer conditions stated on your Letter of Offer. If you have queries about your offer conditions, your Regional Manager will be able to assist.
  4. Upon accepting your offer and paying your tuition fees, you’ll receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from Bond which you will need to apply for your student visa using. You will need to apply for your student visa through your local Australian Government visa office. Please be sure to nominate the country you’ll be residing in at the time of applying for your visa.   5. Get ready to start university at Bond! If you’re able to come to campus, this is a good time to start organising your flights, accommodation and living expenses if you haven’t already. We will be in touch with information about Orientation Week closer to your semester’s start date. 

Did you apply through an agent or representative? If so, they will be able to assist you with accepting your offer to study at Bond.

Once you have accepted your offer, paid your tuition deposit, and secured your student visa, it’s time to plan! This is the ideal time to book your flights to Australia, look at securing accommodation, think about your finances, and get ready for an exciting new chapter living on the Gold Coast.
