Important information for international students

No two countries are the same, which means that coming to Bond looks a little different for everyone. From the application process to entry requirements, visa conditions and more, having specialised support for your country or region is a chance to have any questions answered ahead of beginning your Bond journey.

International entry requirements

We take pride in our global community of ‘Bondies’ and strive to see a wide range of nationalities represented across our cohort. To join us – and your peers from over 90 countries – here at Bond, you’ll need to satisfy our international entry requirements.

English language entry requirements

All our programs here at Bond are taught in English, and as a result, your language skills must meet the relevant requirements. If you don’t meet these requirements, we offer an English course designed to build your language proficiency ahead of undertaking your full degree.

International programs

As well as our traditional degrees, we offer programs specifically for international students that are designed to help you make the most of living in Australia – whether that’s extending your time spent on the sunny Gold Coast, preparing you for the Australian work environment, or helping you to qualify for a post-study work visa. Browse our range of international programs across bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Living costs

The Gold Coast is an incredible place to study, work and live. It’s also a more affordable place to live than most of Australia’s major cities. The Australian Government requires all international students to have at least $24,505 AUD per annum for living expenses to support themselves while studying. Here's a guide to some of the living costs you will incur.
