Students Helping Students

Starting university can be exciting—and a little overwhelming. That’s where our Students Helping Students program comes in. Located in the Main Library, this peer-assisted learning program is designed specifically for new students. It offers friendly, informal support from trained student mentors who’ve been where you are.

Whether you need help with study strategies, understanding course content, or just want to connect with others, our student mentors are here to make your transition into university life smoother and more successful. Through group sessions, study drop-ins, and campus-wide events, we help you build the confidence and skills you need to thrive.
