Accommodation fees

How much does living on campus cost?  

Our on-campus accommodation rooms are priced reasonably and according to the room’s amenities, providing students with a range of options tailored to their needs. These rates include water, laundry facilities, wireless internet and weekly cleaning.

Dining fees

All students living on campus must purchase a dining plan, which will give you full access to eat and drink (excluding alcohol) at any of our outlets, including Lakeside, Don's Tavern, Pulse Cafe, Papyrus Cafe and even our convenience store, Bond Express.  

Dining plans begin at $2,400 AUD per semester and funds can be accessed via student ID card.

Know before you go

Before you join us at Bond University and move into shared accommodation on campus, here are a few things to consider.  

  • Semester fees must be paid in advance prior to moving into your residence.  
  • All new students will be required to pay the full semester of accommodation and their dining plan at the time of booking.  
  • A rental industry-standard cancellation fee of 4 weeks’ rent will apply if a student does not commence on-campus residence on the required day.
  • On-campus accommodation check-in commences from the Tuesday of Orientation Week.
  • Students must vacate rooms over the Christmas / New Year break.
  • All accommodation and dining plan rates are shown per semester, in Australian dollars, and are subject to change without notice.
