Enrol in your subjects

Before you enrol

Enrolling in your subjects each semester is essential to access classes, resources, and assessments. At Bond, enrolment is a three-step process via eStudent: plan your subjects, enrol, and register for classes.

New students

If you’re a new student, you can enrol once you’ve accepted your offer and organised payment of your tuition fees. Enrolment for new students opens in Week 11 of the semester before you commence and remains open until Orientation Week. Continuing students should enrol during the pre-registration period to avoid late fees.

Review the academic calendar for key dates, including census date (Friday of Week 4). Conditions and fees may apply for changes after this date.

Activate your Bond IT account online or at Student Assist. This gives you access to MyBond, eStudent, email, Wi-Fi, and other services.

Download MyBond in your app store, more information available here

Your Study Plan is based on your program structure and sequence. The program structure and sequence outlines all the subjects required to complete your program, including compulsory and elective subjects, and usually includes a list of the subjects you should choose in your first semester.

Some of your subjects will already be scheduled (planned) into a semester, options/electives/minors/majors may be unscheduled (unplanned) in your Study Plan.

Selecting the appropriate pathway options is essential to ensure you stay on track with your program requirements.

Late enrolment penalty

All continuing students must be enrolled by Friday of Week 12 to avoid a late enrolment penalty, which is currently $350.

Changes to enrolment after Week 2

You can make changes to your enrolment via eStudent until the end of Week 2. After this, you can still withdraw until census date (end of Week 4 for standard subjects). To add a subject after the last enrolment date and before census, you’ll need written permission from the subject Lead Educator and forward it to Student Assist for consideration.

Complete the academic integrity module

Once you’ve finalised your enrolment, all new students must complete the compulsory Academic Integrity Module. This short module explains the importance of academic integrity and how to avoid misconduct. You only need to complete it once.
