Bond University AFL: Changing the Game in University Sport in Australia

A pathway aligned with elite football

Bond’s AFL pathway supports athletes balancing high training loads and pre‑season demands, regular competition schedules, strength and conditioning priorities,  and their studies.

Athletes are supported to maintain consistency across both sport and study through structured planning and flexibility, while progressing performance.

School, academy and club connections

Bond works closely with high‑performance schools and academies, club programs and development squads, and emerging and pre‑professional football pathways

This pathway suits athletes who understand the importance of building both on‑field performance and long‑term career readiness.

Training and performance environment

AFL athletes benefit from access to strength and conditioning facilities, the High Performance Training Centre, and recovery facilities to support load management

Training environments support both in‑season maintenance and pre‑season development blocks.
