Clubs and societies

Connect, collaborate and create community

Student clubs are an excellent way to immerse yourself in the Bond experience. They are an integral part of our tight-knit community.  No matter the scope of your interests, it’s likely you will find a club to get involved with, make new friends and enjoy your downtime along the way. Educational and faculty-specific clubs also provide an opportunity for professional development and a way to engage further with your peers, academics, industry, and the University.

Our student clubs and associations

Social and cultural clubs

Let’s get social! If you are all about meeting new people and making it a priority to really enjoy life when you’re not studying, you might like to join a social club. Our social clubs spearhead so many University-wide events, so even if you’re not a member, there are ways to get involved. Cultural clubs showcase our hugely diverse student body and provide a multitude of opportunities to learn from cultures other than your own – whether that’s by enjoying a meal, celebrating a significant event, or simply sharing stories.

Sporting clubs

Get involved in a recreational sport and compete alongside your fellow Bondies by joining one of our many sporting clubs. From volleyball to golf to water polo and so much more, sporting clubs are a fantastic way to stay fit and have fun. Many of these sports have competitive and just-for-fun options, allowing students to try out something new in a low-pressure environment.

Special interest, community and religious clubs

Whatever you’re interested in, chances are you’re not alone – something that’s affirmed by our many special interests, community, and religious clubs. We support our students’ numerous interests and social causes, which include volunteering, environmentalism, Indigenous activism, and community outreach. We encourage our students’ diverse array of religious beliefs, and currently have several clubs dedicated to various religious interests.

Faculty Student Associations

Each of our four faculties also has its own Faculty Student Association (FSA), all of which are dedicated to the interests of students. Getting involved with your FSA is key to meeting like-minded people, hearing about upcoming events, and receiving the support you need pertaining to your study area.
