This intensive MBA subject explores the interpersonal dynamics of groups and organisations, with a specific emphasis on effective communication, empathy, understanding and using power and other social and psychological factors affecting relationships.

1. Explain the importance of individual differences (i.e., culture, values, personality, attitudes & perceptions) to successful interpersonal relationships.
2. Articulate ideas, decisions, recommendations and other information in a clear, concise and professional writing style.
3. Deliver a clear, well-organised persuasive presentation advocating for the implementation of a proposal or recommendation.
This subject is not available as a general elective. To be eligible for enrolment, the subject must be specified in the students’ program structure.
