The Industry Experience Program (IEP) provides a vital link between employers and students that can result in a mutually beneficial partnership.
Students who are seeking experiences with employers that align with their studies, can demonstrate where their degree can take them and build on their industry networks.
For employers, put simply, it is a gateway to Bond talent.

Industry Experience Program
Each semester the Career Development Centre opens applications for the Industry Experience Program. You will complete an application in BondScout and submit your resume and transcript. From there you are invited to an assessment centre and 1:1 meeting with your allocated business development specialist.
The Industry Team will work with employers to design an experience for you that adds value to your degree and study. The placements are discipline related and tailored to your interest areas and you will be under the supervision of an industry professional from your study area. Generally, the placements are 1 day per week during semester.
Check your eligibility for the Industry Experience Program when applications open in BondScout from Monday of Week 1.
