Our masterclasses are specifically designed to instil leadership skills and facilitate tangible business growth. Recognising that successful business expansion requires collaboration, depending on the design of the masterclass, we offer a unique "Implementation Day" on the masterclass final day, where the primary learner can bring their second-in-command (2IC). 

This implementation day allows both the primary learner and their 2IC to work together, applying the strategies and insights gained throughout the masterclass. This collaborative approach ensures that the lessons learned are effectively translated into actionable plans, laying the foundation for their business.

We set the stage to welcome another 48 executives to Bond University during August and September, continuing our tradition of shaping the future of leadership through our tailored, experiential learning programs.

For the past three years, Bond Business School's executive education programs have been meeting the unique needs of both individuals and organisations, ensuring practical and impactful outcomes. Our small class sizes guarantee that each participant receives the personalised attention they need to succeed.

Our strong relationships with the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and BDO, have been vital to Bond University’s research output, enriching our content and keeping it at the cutting edge of executive education. By collaborating with these organisations, we enhance the learning experience while contributing to academic research that drives industry insights.

Starting Sunday, 25 August, EO members will be arriving from across the globe—Philippines, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Queensland—for the EO | Bond Business School Building the Forever Business Executive Education program. BDO Family Enterprise Executive Education program participants will join us from similar locations, including New Zealand, Singapore, Perth, Melbourne, Fiji, Brisbane, Sydney, and Adelaide.

Leading these programs, Professor Justin Craig has already hosted an exclusive workshop for 60 EO members in Melbourne, SLP Forum Members, and Strategic Alliance Partners. He also facilitated a boardroom lunch for BDO, connecting their offices nationwide via Zoom. To further our commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence, we have provided a virtual class content top-up for the inaugural BDO group.

Our programs come to life through the real-world insights shared by guest presenters like Tony Quinn, Dennis Family, and Ross Jurisch. Participants thrive in our unique Thinking and Doing rooms, where they develop and implement action plans under the guidance of experienced executives.

The EO | Bond University Building the Forever Business program will run from 25 – 29 August 2024, with dates already set for 2025: 24 - 28 August. Following this, the BDO Family Enterprise Executive Education Program will take place from 2 - 4 September 2024.

In addition to these successful programs, we are proud to introduce the Bond University Transformer Executive Masterclasses, beginning with the inaugural Growth and Scale Up Masterclass on 5 - 6 September 2024. Our masterclasses are designed for a diverse range of professionals and organisations, whether you are an alumni seeking to deepen your knowledge, a corporate partner aiming to enhance strategic capabilities, a leader looking to upskill, or a founder driving innovation and growth.
