What does the bootcamp look like?

Session one: Think and Act like a Startup Founder and Solving Customer Problems
The lean start up methodology will teach students how to turn their ideas into viable business opportunities. Students will learn how to communicate and define their value propositions and how to pitch a solution to customers.

Session two: Build a Great Product and Brand Positioning
To position a brand, you need a great brand name that is memorable, unique and reflects its founders' values. Explore how to create a great logo that is simple, recognisable and communicates your message.

Session three: Business Model Risks and Pitching to Investors
Learn the difference between a business model and a business plan and the strategies and actions to achieve them. Create a Business Model Canvas which will address the types of risks – desirability (whether customers want the product or service), feasibility (whether the company can deliver it) and viability (whether the company can make money from it).

Session four: Scaling your Startup and Final Pitch
To launch a start up, students will learn how to understand their vision, validate a problem, and create a minimum viable product. Discover the different types of launches a soft launch, a hard launch, or a rolling launch. Finally, students will have the opportunity to share their business ideas with their peers.
