The Faculty of Society & Design is committed to developing programs that meet industry standards, and gaining endorsement by institutions is a key component of this. Accreditation benefits our students by producing graduates who are ready to enter the workforce, are equipped with the right skills and qualifications, and are eligible for professional membership.

Architecture
Bachelor of Design in Architecture
This undergraduate curriculum is recognised by the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA). It is a pathway to our Master of Architecture, accredited by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) and the Board of Architects of Queensland (BOAQ).
To become a registered architect, you are required to complete both an undergraduate and postgraduate qualification, as well as requisite work experience. Successful completion of the Bachelor of Design in Architecture will enable approved students to progress to the Master of Architecture.
Graduate Diploma in Architecture
The Graduate Diploma in Architecture is a recognised pathway to the Master of Architecture, for applicants with a non-cognate bachelor's degree (a degree that is not equivalent to a Bachelor of Design in Architecture). Our Master of Architecture is accredited by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) and the Board of Architects of Queensland (BOAQ).
Completion of both the Graduate Diploma and Master's qualifications will enable students to acquire the requisite work experience and gain eligibility towards registration as an Architect in Australia or overseas.
Master of Architecture
The Master of Architecture is an Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) recognised professional degree for a career in architecture, complying with the competency requirements of the Board of Architects of Queensland (BOAQ) and the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA).
The Bachelor of Design in Architecture is recognised as the normal pathway to the Master of Architecture.

Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying
Bond's Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying is nationally accredited with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), and meets the educational requirements set by the Queensland Building Construction Commission (QBCC) for the granting of an Open Builders Licence. Students graduating with this degree are internationally recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Bachelor of Property
Graduates of Bond's Bachelor of Property are professionally recognised as meeting the educational requirements for membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Australian Property Institute (API). Graduates who successfully complete the Bachelor of Property are eligible for registration with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland, following relevant professional practice period.
Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying
This program is professionally accredited by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) and internationally recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Students who successfully complete Bond's Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying will gain full Building Surveyor Limited (Level 2) accreditation with the AIBS, having fulfilled the academic requirement.
Graduate Certificate in Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery
The Graduate Certificate in Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery (BIM and IPD) curriculum has been designed to align with the BIM Framework of buildingSMART Australasia, the open standards of buildingSMART International, the principles espoused by the Lean Construction Institutes of Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, as well as internationally recognised principles of IPD.
Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying
Bond's Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying is professionally accredited by both the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), thereby satisfying the educational requirements for accreditation at the level of Certifier Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Queensland. Students who successfully complete this diploma will be able to practise as accredited building surveyors and certifiers, and will meet the requirements under the AIBS Framework for the accreditation of Building Surveyor.
Upon gaining accreditation with the AIBS or RICS, graduates may be eligible for a licence as a building certifier with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. When licensed, graduates may practise in Queensland as building certifiers for local government or as private certifiers.
The NSW Office of Fair Trading will also recognise graduates of the Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying as meeting the requirements of Levels A1, A2, A3, and A4, subject to ministerial approval.

Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development
Bond's Diploma of Valuation and Property Development is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API). Graduates who have a cognate undergraduate degree and complete the property valuation subjects qualify for API membership as a Certified Practising Valuer and registration with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland (conditional on meeting professional practice requirements).
Non property valuation graduates are endorsed for API Associate Membership and Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) certification.
Master of Building Surveying
The Master of Building Surveying is recognised internationally by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and nationally by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS). The program satisfies the educational requirements for accreditation at the level of Building Certifier Levels 1, 2, and 3, in Queensland.
Upon gaining accreditation with the AIBS or RICS, graduates may be eligible for a licence as a building certifier with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC). When licensed, graduates may practise in Queensland as building certifiers for local government or as private certifiers. The NSW Office of Fair Trading also recognises the AIBS accreditation.

The Bond Business School is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and is one of less than 7% of the world's business programs to be achieved this. It has also earned the European Foundation for Management Development's (EFMD) European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) accreditation, which has been awarded to less than 2% of business programs globally. Finally, Bond Business School is one of four universities in Australia who are members of the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), which recognises the significant contribution that our programs make to graduate management education.

Bachelor of Psychological Science
Bond's Bachelor of Psychological Science is fully accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) as the equivalent of Years 1 - 3 on the pathway to becoming a registered psychologist in Australia. Graduates are required to complete a total of six years of education and training to be eligible for registration.
Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Bridging)
The Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Bridging) is recognised by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) as the equivalent of Years 1 - 3 on the pathway to becoming a registered psychologist in Australia. Graduates are required to complete a total of six years of education and training to be eligible for registration.
Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
This program is recognised by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC). Graduates of the Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) will have successfully completed their required Fourth Year studies. They will also be eligible to apply for provisional registration as a Psychologist, in preparation for the practicum placements required in the final two years (Years 5 and 6) of the pathway to becoming a registered psychologist in Australia.
Upon graduation from the Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), the options for the final two years of psychology studies are the Master of Psychology (Clinical) and the Master of Professional Psychology. Successful offer for entry to these programs will be dependent on graduate GPA eligibility, and a formal interview process.
Master of Psychology (Clinical)
The Master of Psychology (Clinical) is recognised by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and graduates of this program will be eligible for registration as a practising psychologist, under the requirements set out by the Psychology Board of Australia.
Upon successful completion of the Master of Psychology (Clinical), graduates are eligible to apply for general registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), membership to the Australian Psychological Society, and membership to the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Graduates are also eligible for the Clinical Psychologist Registrar Pathway, for area of practice endorsement.
Master of Professional Psychology
The Master of Professional Psychology is recognised by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC). Graduates of this program will be required to independently source and undertake an additional one year of supervised practice to become eligible for full registration as a Psychologist and full membership to the Australian Psychology Society (APS), under the requirements set out by the Psychology Board of Australia.
