LEAP Centre Director wins 2011 ALTC Teaching Excellence Award

Professor Amy Kenworthy, Professor of Management in the Bond Business School, and Director of the Bond University Research Centre for Applied Research in Learning, Engagement, Andragogy and Pedagogy (LEAP) was one of two Bond academics to receive 2011 ALTC Teaching Excellence Awards.

Professor Kenworthy along with Assistant Professor Peter Johnson from the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine are Bond's first ever ALTC Teaching Excellence Award recipients and are 2 of only 22 top teachers honoured in the last ever awards.

The Prime Minister’s Award for Australian University Teacher of the Year will be presented to one of the 22 teachers receiving an Award for Teaching Excellence, at the 2011 ALTC Awards and Citations Ceremony at the Sydney Opera House on Tuesday 16 August 2011.
