Lucas Meadowcroft is a Brisbane-based AI automation strategist and co-founder of CROFTI, a consultancy specialising in business process improvement and AI-first consulting. With over two decades in the technology sector, Lucas built his career from the ground up: a self-taught foundation in coding and networking led to deep expertise across IT, digital innovation, and artificial intelligence, long before AI became a boardroom conversation.
As co-founder of four companies CROFTI, Pivot, Tribu, and Run With Lucas brings a commercially grounded, no-nonsense perspective to AI adoption. He works with leadership teams to identify where automation creates real outcomes, and is known for making complex technology accessible to non-technical audiences. He is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator who challenges executives to rethink how they work: finding the repetitive, high-friction processes that block high-value thinking, and replacing them with intelligent systems that free people up.
