Learning outcomes
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Succession Law in Queensland including legislation and relevant legal resources
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of and apply the principles of estate planning
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the historical development of relevant legislation in response to social and economic change
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of and justify the role of a personal representative in administering an estate
- Critically evaluate the intersection between equitable principles and succession rules in context
