Get Board Ready ® Governance Program
Delivered in partnership with the Director Institute to Director Institute members, this unique online education program is designed for new and aspiring directors, senior executives and managers interested in knowing more about the duties and responsibilities of boards and directors. The modules cover ethics in the boardroom, strategy, risk management, finance, and corporate social responsibility.
Insolvency: Law and Practice
This program is for professionals planning to serve as liquidators and/or bankruptcy trustees – and specifically for employees of Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners (AIIP) member organisations. The modules cover issues such as receivership, insolvency, compulsory liquidation, and the relevant governance regulations. This program is delivered in partnership with the Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners (AIIP).
Personal Insolvency Professionals Accreditation Program
This course is Australia’s first accreditation program for personal insolvency practitioners. It provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles, processes, law, and practice of personal insolvency, including the responsibilities of Administrators and Trustees under Part IX and X of the Bankruptcy Act. It is delivered in conjunction with the Personal Insolvency Professionals Association (PIPA).
