This is a highly engaging role combining case management, investigation support, stakeholder engagement, and executive administration. You will gather and assess information, prepare professional correspondence and case documentation, maintain accurate records, liaise with students and staff, and support matters from initial assessment through to resolution. You'll work closely with the Manager, Complaints and Student Conduct Investigations while contributing to projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of best-practice complaint and student conduct processes.

  • Confidence using case management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
