Providing a comprehensive business-ready foundation, you will be equipped with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management through Bond’s Graduate Diploma in Project Management. 

Entry to this program is permitted without a bachelor’s degree provided you have completed our Graduate Certificate in Project Management with a 65% or higher GPA. Completion of this program achieving a 65% or higher GPA, enables you to articulate to our Master of Project Management (extra 40 cp).

The Graduate Diploma in Project Management provides a comprehensive business-ready foundation that will provide students from any background with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management. This qualification will provide career opportunities in all areas of industry, government and the not-for-profit sector. The Graduate Diploma in Project Management features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams and global working.

The program at a glance

The Graduate Diploma in Project Management program comprises eight subjects and can be completed within three semesters part time study. You will undertake a total of eight subjects which includes six core subjects and two electives from across the university. The core subjects comprise Principles of Project Management, Project Finance and Procurement, Project Resource Planning, Risk Management, Expert Witness and Dispute Resolution, and Project Portfolio and Program Management.

This includes the harmonious integration of various student-centred learning experiences to enrich traditional face-to-face teaching, providing more in-class opportunity for discussion and problem-solving. Subjects are centred around job-relevant assessment tasks that supplement an authentic and formative personalised educational environment, state-of-the-art facilities, and highly experienced instructors.

You will have the option to undertake subjects within this program in Intensive Mode, a compact and time efficient way to complete a postgraduate qualification to minimise the impact of your study schedule on your professional and personal lifestyles.
