Student Assist

Student Assist is a support service for Bond University students run out of the John & Alison Kearney Main Library. It’s designed to help you navigate our systems and processes, whether you’re just starting your first semester or have been a Bondy for a while. 

Student Assist can support with tasks including:

  • Collecting your student card
  • Enrolling in your program or subjects
  • Organising your timetable
  • Accessing your IT accounts (e.g., iLearn, eStudent, Blackboard, student email)
  • Troubleshooting issues with Bond systems, software, and Wi-Fi

Where to find us

Student Assist is located in the John & Alison Kearney Main Library, Building 1b (The Arch) - head straight from the entrance and look for the Information sign near the computer area.
