This subject builds on Internet Marketing and explores the role of social media in contemporary marketing strategy. Students learn sophisticated techniques and tools to target potential customers and how channel choice, content, advertising, and analytics may be strategically leveraged to build intimate customer relationships. The experiential environment of this subject enables students to practice their skills through planning, researching, executing, analysing, and iterating multi-channel social media marketing campaigns to augment and enhance performance.
