Bond University welcomes delegates
Modelled on some of the world’s best educational institutions, the vision for Australia’s first private, not-for-profit university is to provide an educational experience of the highest international standards under the tutelage of the country’s leading academics.
Located on a 50-hectare campus at Robina on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Bond University welcomed its first cohort of 322 students on May 15, 1989. When those foundation students graduated, they were quickly recruited by some of Australia’s largest corporations. Their subsequent achievements in the workplace firmly established Bond’s reputation for the excellence of its graduates.
In the quarter century since then, Bond has emerged as one of Australia’s highest rating universities, consistently achieving the maximum five-star rankings across key educational classifications in the Good Universities Guide and other independent reviews.
As a ‘boutique’ educational environment, it has the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of the workplace, liaising with key employers across all industries to develop programs that reflect the current technological, theoretical and psychological practicalities of the employment environment.
Home to the Tactical Research Unit, our research facilities attract world renowned academics, working with state-of-the-art technologies and resources to develop cutting edge innovations.
And we are constantly updating our facilities, equipped with the very latest and emergent technologies, to ensure our students have access to the best of the best and are fully prepared for exciting careers in the global marketplace.
