What you'll be studying

  • Semester 1

Semester one focuses on giving you a solid foundation for the degree. The subjects are Marketing Fundamentals, Business Statistics or Quantitative Methods and one postgraduate elective.

Program features

  • Specialist curriculum

Whether changing careers or updating your skills, the program is designed to provide a strong foundation in the core areas of marketing, including market research, consumer behaviour, product and brand management, promotional design, internet and social media marketing and a particular emphasis on marketing analytics, building on a core strength of the Bond Business School.

  • Learn by doing

Throughout the program, students learn through real-world projects, not final examinations. Design and run a social media marketing campaign, create an integrated marketing communication plan, design and conduct market research, apply analytical tools to understand marketing problems and generate insights and develop integrated market strategies. Our students are prepared to be marketing professionals who can make an immediate impact in their organisations.

  • Engagement and Networking

Bond’s small class sizes not only facilitate our learning by doing approach, but also enable close engagement with our world class educators who know each student by name. Moreover, this structure allows students to easily get to know their peers from around Australia and around the world, developing relationships for life.

  • Customisable subjects

One-third of the program can be tailored to a student’s individual needs and interests. Students can deepen the program’s focus on marketing analytics by adding a specialisation in Business Data Analytics or selecting from a range of postgraduate offerings to enhance their management competencies or further explore other areas of marketing.
