Dr Wright dives into new career
Two-time Olympic champion Melanie Wright is officially a doctor after graduating from Bond University. Dr Wright said she had dreamed of the moment long before she embarked on a glittering swimming career that yielded five Olympic medals.

THE grandson of Alan Bond has graduated from the late businessman's namesake university. Charles Bond Fewster had his degree conferred at Bond University before Chancellor Annabelle Bennett on December 2, with his grandmother Eileen Bond in the audience. He is the first Bond to graduate from Bond, departing with a Bachelor of Business.

The Director of Bond University’s Institute for Evidence-Based Healthcare (IEBH), Professor Paul Glasziou, has for the third successive year been named in a prestigious international list of medical researchers. Professor Glasziou once again appeared in Clarivate’s Highly Cited Researchers list, which identifies researchers who demonstrated significant influence in their chosen field or fields through the publication of multiple highly-cited papers in the past decade.
