You’ll always be supported at Bond
Bond’s on-campus accommodation doesn’t just provide a place to rest your head at night. As part of our on-campus family, you will have access to an array of services and facilities to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time at uni. From free tutoring services to all the creature comforts of home, explore Bond’s on-campus services and facilities.
Everything you need
Your room at Bond includes everything you need to study, relax, rest and connect. Every room has computer access and Wi-Fi available, as well as air conditioning and a telephone. You will have a comfortable bed and linen included, which is serviced weekly. Your room also includes a bedside table, wardrobe, study desk, chair and bookshelf. You can also use the free laundry facilities, including washing machines, dryers and sinks, located in every student housing building.
Food on campus
When you book your accommodation you will also purchase a Dining Plan, which is your literal meal ticket for the semester. The Dining Plan funds are loaded onto your Student ID card, which you will use to purchase meals and snacks at Bond’s many food outlets. Your Dining Plan can be used at any of the food outlets on campus, from Lakeside restaurant through to the cafes, and even the Bond Express convenience store.
Tutoring services
All Bond students can utilise the Academic Skills Centre’s study support services, but on-campus students can also access an extra level of assistance through Tutor Fellows. Tutor Fellows are high-achieving Bond students who are dedicated to supporting students living on campus, or in the Bond University College Diploma program or Bond Sport scholarship program. Tutor Fellows have expertise across a range of fields of study across the University, and can help with academic skills and study strategies including academic and legal writing, research and advocacy, general maths knowledge, time management, organisation and study skills.
Health and wellbeing
Living on campus, all of Bond’s services and facilities are – quite literally - on your doorstep. Take advantage of the Sports Centre facilities and group exercise classes, as well as the study facilities and medical centre and counselling services. There’s also a weekly Res Wars competition where you can build friendships, stay active and participate in some friendly rivalry with other student housing areas through a series of games.
