Research interests

I am an Associate Professor of Medicine at Bond University that has developed a significant national and international reputation as a medical educator and author. Focusing on anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology, I have designed and developed educational resources that are adopted by students, universities, and healthcare facilities - reaching over 100 million people, globally. My area of research is the design, development, and evaluation of medical education, with a specific focus on platforms, including YouTube and Podcasts. I have developed strong industry relationships, evidenced by my collaborations with Elsevier, Wiley, YouTube, World Science Festival, the Australian Dental Association, and the Australian Medical Association.
