Research interests
Evgeny Guglyuvatyy is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Bond University. His research and teaching focus on climate change law, taxation, artificial intelligence regulation, and sustainability governance. After earning his PhD from UNSW, Evgeny has held academic appointments and taught at several leading Australian universities, including the University of New South Wales, University of Technology Sydney, University of Western Australia, and Monash University.
He has an established publication record and is the author of a monograph on climate governance and federalism. His interdisciplinary research examines the intersection of law, technology, and environmental policy, with a focus on emerging regulatory challenges posed by AI and climate change. He has led and contributed to funded research projects, supervised postgraduate research students, and actively supported curriculum development and academic leadership initiatives in Australian legal education.
