How to accept your offer
As a successful applicant, you will receive an email from us offering you to officially become a Bond student. This email includes:
- A formal Letter of Offer from Bond University
- A Response to Offer form
- Information about fee payment options and accommodation

Accept your offer
You are two steps away from confirming your place and joining the university of now! To accept your offer all you need to do is complete and return your:
- Response to Offer form
- a) Fee deposit (as stated on your Letter of Offer) OR,
b) Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form
Snap 'n' send your results
Beat the rush and finalise your enrolment before Christmas. Simply take a photo of your end of year results and any other outstanding documents, and send this to your Manager for Schools and Community via email, SMS or Facebook Messenger. In your photo, be sure to capture your name on each document for verification.
Early Enrolment Day
Bring your completed paperwork and we will do the rest to help you enrol before you hit full holiday mode.

Time: 9am - 5pm
Location: Nyombil Centre (see campus map)
When you are ready to accept your place, you will need to complete and return your:
- Response to Offer form
- Fee deposit (as stated on your Letter of Offer) including receipt of Overseas Health Cover and Student Activities Membership payments
Once we have received these documents, you will receive an electronic Confirmation of Offer (eCOE)
You will then need to apply for your Australian Student Visa.
Once your admission has been processed, you will receive further information relating to class registration and Bond (Orientation) Week activities.
How to defer your studies
An offer for a program and an offer of a scholarship are separate and regulated in a different manner. Select from the below to find out more about how to defer your studies for your offer or scholarship.
Once you have been offered a place, you may apply to postpone or defer your studies for up to one year (three semesters) by selecting the ‘Deferment’ option on your Response to Offer form and return it to Admissions, along with any required documentation specified in the ‘Conditions’ section of your Letter of Offer.
Deferment is not available to students offered a place in the Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery, Master of Psychology (Forensic), Master of Psychology (Clinical) and the Doctor of Physiotherapy.
