Mayor’s Student Ambassador Program

The Gold Coast Major with a group of students

Designed to develop and strengthen your personal and professional skills, the Mayor’s Student Ambassador Program gives you the opportunity to engage within the wider local community, providing you with a platform to contribute to the City of Gold Coast through unique student experiences.

BUSA is Bond's student organisation and provides services to the broader student community. BUSA is a voluntary, apolitical group of elected students to represent peers and help students make the most of their time at Bond.



Faculty Student Associations

Each faculty has a designated student association specifically focused on the interests of students studying in their specific fields. These 'Faculty Student Associations' liaise closely fall directly under BUSA, working to bring students the best support and access to social and educational events. 


Class Representatives

The Class Representative (CR) system has been created to establish two-way communications between students and academic staff to supplement the existing methods of teaching evaluation. Becoming a CR enables the student voice to be heard and develops valuable employability attributes. If you are interested, please speak with your lecturer or tutor.


Student Ambassador Program

Bond’s Student Ambassadors have the chance to participate in a range of activities to meet current and future Bondies, network with prospective employers and gain mentoring and leadership experience.

Transformer is an Australian-first entrepreneurship program offered as a fee-free, extracurricular option to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines. Whatever you’re passionate about and whatever your dreams are made of - Transformer could just be the most life-changing experience of your time here at Bond University.


Student Advocacy
