Technical decision-making in a projectised organisation is typically driven by an analysis of time, money and human resources. This subject explores how schedules are managed from the initiation phase of a project or program until its closure phase. Topics covered include decomposition, predecessors and successors, task duration, Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), and schedule compression. Successful outcomes can occur when on-time delivery is realised.
