As Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Crosby leads the University’s operational and enabling services to support Bond’s distinctive, personalised student experience and strategic ambitions.
Michelle brings more than 20 years’ senior executive experience across higher education, government and regulatory environments, with a strong track record in service excellence, governance, digital uplift and organisational performance.
Michelle is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
