The Gold Coast is a safe and welcoming community, and is home to international students from all around the world. Here at Bond, we aim to create a safe and secure environment for every student, so that you can enjoy your university experience to the fullest. In addition to 24/7 on-site security, the University has taken a number of measures to support and protect all of our students and staff, as well as the wider community surrounding Bond. Â

Bond Security are available and contactable on campus 24/7, giving students, staff, and the community access to round-the-clock reassurance of their safety.

Safe escort to your destination
There’s no need to turn down a late-night study session – the campus is safe at all times of the day, and even on weekends, with our ongoing security presence. Our Security staff members are available to escort you to your car or nearby residence as required, ensuring you’re able to feel safe and reach your destination without concern.

Bond University is staunchly anti-bullying and harassment, and there are a variety of measures in place to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for all students. We’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive and positive campus culture that has zero tolerance for sexual harm and violence. This is exemplified through Safety. Respect. Care. Consent., our anti-sexual harassment and misconduct policy that is upheld by all members of the University.

We offer a comprehensive range of support services on-campus here at Bond, including confidential counselling, medical services and more. The Bond University Student Association (BUSA) are also able to provide assistance and support across a variety of student issues.Â
