Accommodation options for students

Bond University Student Housing caters for both domestic and international students. You may be far from home, but you will never feel alone, surrounded by fellow students who are also getting used to life away from their families.

Students at Bond have three basic options for accommodation while studying at Bond:

  • On campus
  • Off campus
  • Homestay

Living on campus

You’ll have the time of your life living in our student housing. You won't be able to find a better location when it comes to commuting to class! We offer a range of housing options on campus, all which include a dining plan. This makes it easy to live and study on the Gold Coast. You have the choice of private or shared rooms, sharing all the fun of student housing life with your fellow roommates.

Living on campus comes with a full network of dedicated support provided by our senior resident fellows, resident fellows, tutor fellows and recreational officers. Plus our extensive study and personal support services on campus are just a short walk from your room.

Off campus options

If you’d prefer to live off campus, there are several affordable options minutes from Bond’s campus. Check out the off campus accommodation guide to assist in finding the perfect rental property for your situation.

Shared accommodation is a common and affordable option for students. Connect with other Bondies via the Bond University social media pages to find available rooms for rent and students searching for roommates.

Homestay

Homestay is a great option for international students wanting to immerse in the Australian lifestyle. We have an exceptional network of homestay families who are excited to welcome students into their homes.

Dining plan

Whether you choose to live on or off campus, the Dining Card is a convenient option.

This flexible scheme allows you to use your Dining Card in any of the Bond University food outlets at any time of the day that suits you. You can grab something light and easy when you are busy and something substantial when you have more time. You can even pick up essentials at the Bond Express convenience store. The only thing you can’t purchase with your dining credits is alcohol!

The dining plan is compulsory for all students living on campus; it is valid for one semester only and can be topped up if necessary.
