Professor Sir Peter Cook RA

Founder of Archigram, former Director of the Institute for Contemporary Art London (ICA), the Frankfurt Staedelschule, the Architectural Association, and the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London, Sir Peter Cook has been a pivotal figure within the global architectural world for over half a century. His work, writings, and teaching have been recognized with numerous publications and exhibitions, and most notably, the Royal Institute of British Architects Gold Medal in 2004. He has built all over the world including Vienna, Graz, Osaka, Nagoya, Berlin, Frankfurt, Madrid, and most recently, the Gold Coast of Australia.

Andrew Kudless

Andrew is director of MATSYS and is Associate Professor at California College of the Arts in San Francisco. He is a graduate of the AA Emerging Technologies program, and his work is in the permanent collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Pompidou Centre in Paris, and the FRAC Centre in Orleans, France. Andrew taught studios and digital fabrication seminars for semesters 2 and 3 in 2014.

Lindsay Clare

Lindsay and Kerry Clare are directors of Clare Design and RAIA Gold Medal recipients. Their work includes notable housing projects, education buildings and public buildings including the Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane. The Clares teach studio and technology in the postgraduate and undergrad streams.

Haig Beck

Haig was educated at the Architectural Association School. He is a founding editor if the journals UME and International Architect. Haig is a former Head of School and Professor at the University of Melbourne. Haig teaches seminars and studios in the postgraduate and undergraduate streams. 

Jackie Cooper

Jackie Cooper worked in the Communications Unit of the Architectural Association School. She is a founding editor of the journals UME and International Architect. Jackie teaches seminars and studios in the postgraduate and undergraduate streams.

Kristen Whittle

Kristen is design director of Bates Smart in Melbourne and a former Project Architect at Herzog de Meuron (for the Tate Modern and Laban Dance Centre). He holds a M.Arch from SCI-Arc.
