There are several official documents you can request as proof of your studies at Bond University, both while you are studying and after you graduate. These documents can be used for employment, further study, professional registration, or personal records.
Most documents are available as secure digital certificates via My eQuals, which you can easily share online.
What documents can I request?
You may be able to request one or more of the following:
- Academic transcript – a record of subjects studied and results achieved
- Testamur – your official graduation certificate
- Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) – supplementary graduation details
- Official letters (where applicable)

Who can request documents?
- Current students and graduates can utilise the My eQuals platform to access certified digital versions of transcripts, testamurs and AHEGS and share them with employers, universities or other parties.
- Graduates and alumni can request final transcripts, testamurs and AHEGS.
- From October 2018, Bond University provides graduating students with access to digital copies of their transcript, testamur and AHEGS within 72 hours of their graduation ceremony via My eQuals.
- Study Abroad students are not considered graduates or alumni following completion of their studies.
How to request documentation
To request documentation, including digital documentation via My eQuals, please complete and submit a Request For Document form. Further detailed information regarding the types of documents that can be requested, including costs and processing times, are detailed below.
Important: documentation cannot be provided to students or graduates who have outstanding fees.
