I’m still mentoring people now both inside and outside of the business and the opportunities that it can provide are endless.

This program was far better than I could have imagined. The fluidity and ability to tailor my experience in the program makes it the perfect fit for anyone passionate about succeeding in construction. Completing this program perfectly rounded off my Bond experience as I matched my theoretical knowledge obtained in class with the practical experience of the program. My industry knowledge, practical fieldwork and teamwork skills were tested, challenged, and grown through the tasks set by my mentor to complete. You can’t buy that exposure and experience that this program will offer. I can’t encourage students strongly enough to apply to be part of this program and to get as much as they possibly can from it. We want to provide transformational experiences to our students and let them be able to feel and see and touch how things happen in the industry, not just by learning in class. I would absolutely recommend the ADCO Excellence Program to all students, particularly international students with diverse cultural backgrounds. Through the guidance of an ADCO mentor, you not only acquire valuable industry knowledge and build the confidence needed to navigate the Australian workplace but also benefit from having a supportive mentor to help address your questions and concerns. My mentor helped me craft my career path and navigate workplace interactions in Australia. I also gained hands-on experience during site visits, which was invaluable in understanding real-world applications.
