High-Performance Executive Program

An executive development experience like no other.

Designed for senior leaders, this science-backed program explores how physical, psychological, and social factors shape cognitive performance and how to optimise them for greater strategic impact.

You'll discover how to optimise your cognitive resources, energy patterns, and decision-making processes to enhance your strategic thinking and executive presence, all within a carefully curated cohort of senior leadership peers.

Why this matters…

Organisations invest significantly in technology and systems to optimise performance. Yet most don't make the same investment in helping their executives understand and leverage their personal performance patterns – the leaders driving strategic decisions and organisational success.

You're already excelling at the executive level – imagine the impact when you're optimised and operating with an informed understanding of the critical dynamics between physical, psychological and social engagement. This is Bond’s biopsychosocial approach to leadership development, helping leaders to thrive, not just survive.

What's involved

This isn't about managing stress, coping with pressure, or learning to ‘push through’ – it's about discovering how your individual energy, attention, and recovery patterns can be optimised to amplify your leadership capacity and cognitive performance.

Hosted at Bond University’s world-class facilities, all within a carefully curated and small cohort of executive peers (limited to 20 people), the program seeks to build a focused, high-trust environment that includes:

  • A welcome dinner the night before.
  • A one-on-one session with a Bond exercise physiologist or S&C coach.
  • Targeted small-group sessions in the classroom covering:
    • Mental toughness & decision-making.
    • Executive coaching, influence and presence.
    • Conflict capability with a Bond Law & Mediation expert.
    • Personal energy and attention management.
  • Approx. one month after, you’ll have a one-on-one session with an executive coach to work through a 360° Leadership Effectiveness and Aptitude Profile (LEAP) specially designed for seasoned leaders and executives.

You’ll leave with a performance profile and a better understanding of your unique performance patterns, and learn about different optimisation strategies.

Executive Presence - Navigating Leadership in a New World of Work

    • The factors that have contributed to our success to date are no longer sufficient. This session will examine the imperative for thinking differently, creating congruence between espoused and actual organisational culture and the senior leadership behaviours that are critical for executives to thrive, not simply survive, in the new landscape of work.

    Managing Unresolved Conflict

    • Executives are often expected to defuse conflict while preserving relationships, performance, and their own standing in the business. This difficult balance sometimes results in conflict avoidance.

    • This session focuses on what to do when avoidance is no longer an option. Guided by an internationally recognised expert in law and mediation, participants gain understanding and develop reliable strategies for engaging in difficult conversations under pressure, with tools that align with both business imperatives and principles for dispute resolution. The session includes short, interactive exercises on relevant topics for executive-level leaders to stress-test their understanding of the physiological and psychological costs of unresolved conflict.
