Costs

Early bird registration costs $50 (17% per cent discount) per ticket while standard registration costs $60 per ticket. To ensure as many schools as possible have the opportunity to register, there is a maximum registration limit of 10 students per school during the early bird registration period (first round of ticket sales). Once this has passed and standard registration (second round of ticket sales) has opened, schools will be able to register additional students.

There is no delegation of faculty advisor fee for BUHMUN.

Early bird delegations registered will enter a draw to win a 90-minute MUN Masterclass.*

Types of registrations

Types of registrations

All BUHMUN attendees must register, including teachers.

  • BUHMUN Teacher Ticket. When registrations open, select the BUHMUN 2025 Teacher Ticket
  • BUHMUN Country Delegate. When registrations open, select the BUHMUN 2025 Country Delegate ticket.
  • BUHMUN Journalist Delegate. When registrations open, select the BUHMUN 2025 Journalist ticket.

Registration requirements

A delegation will consist of six students representing the same country across all four committees 

Schools will be restricted to no more than two delegations (12 delegates) in the initial registration stages.

Each individual delegate must register their attendance. Delegates must register the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Contact number
  • High school
  • High school postal address
  • Delegate preference
    • Double delegation
    • Individual delegate
    • Security Council delegate
  • Dietary requirements

BUHMUN Learner Platform

In 2025 all registered BUHMUN participants will be given access to the BUHMUN Learner Platform (BLP). The BLP will provide training modules, guidelines, and relevant documents to provide an enriched pre-conference experience for delegates. The BLP will empower delegates with comprehensive resources, efficient submission procedures, and a user-friendly platform to support their preparation and engagement in the conference.
