Transformation degrees

A different kind of degree, for a different kind of world

The problems worth solving don't fit neatly inside a single discipline. Neither do many careers. Bond's Transformation CoLab brings together faculties, industry partners, and students to develop the transdisciplinary knowledge and practical capability to navigate - and shape - a world that keeps changing.

The CoLab delivers two undergraduate degrees - the Bachelor of Digital Transformation and the Bachelor of Entrepreneurial Transformation. Designed deliberately outside traditional faculty and discipline silos, both programs draw on knowledge from across the university and from industry, producing graduates who are sought after across consulting, corporate, government, and social enterprise.

  • The most in-demand digital leaders are defined by how they think, not just what they know. The Bachelor of Digital Transformation develops graduates with broad digital and AI fluency, design thinking capability, and the ability to source expertise and lead diverse teams through complexity and change.

Through an immersive industry-based learning program and a major Global Challenges project, both unique to the Transformation degrees, students graduate ready to lead cultural and technological transformation from day one. They also explore emerging practices such as vibe coding, building confidence in using AI-enabled tools to solve problems, prototype ideas, and work across disciplines.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to make things better - these are the qualities that set entrepreneurial thinkers apart. The Bachelor of Entrepreneurial Transformation builds graduates with the entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptive capability to thrive across any sector.

An immersive industry-based learning program and a major Global Challenges project - both unique to the Transformation degrees - ensure graduates are ready to lead and innovate from day one.

Hear from our students and industry experts

  • “Working across all university faculties through the Transformation CoLab, I have been granted the ability to learn legal, digital, health, and entrepreneurial skills, all in one degree. Thanks to this degree, my future is bright, and I can’t wait to watch it unfold.”

    Harrison Hoy - Entrepreneurial Transformation
  • “The Bachelor of Legal Transformation is a pivotal initiative in the future of work and education, enabling students to develop a proactive, multi-disciplinary approach to navigating new and future challenges.”

Kelly Forbes - Founder and CEO, AI Asia Pacific
  • “The Bachelor of Digital Transformation is desperately needed in the current market. Companies across the globe are currently, and for the foreseeable future, embarking on their digital transformation initiatives, and there is an immense shortage of skills in the market. I personally see the number of new roles growing by the minute, and I routinely get headhunted. If you want to be certain of finding an interesting job after your study, this program is definitely the way to go.”

Dani Kahil, Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist - Microsoft
  • "The past few years have shown that uncertainty is the new normal. The Transformation CoLab offers the ability to rely on classical teachings framed with a new age mindset. Entrepreneurship should not be a concept taught in an isolated format; the transdisciplinary approach of the CoLab means that rather than learning how to be an entrepreneur, you are equipped to think like one.

With industry placement incorporated into the course, you will leave with a competitive advantage over your peers. The Transformation mindset is not one you can fully grasp until you have lived it and seen all the pieces fall in place in front of you. You will not be leaving the university with a piece of paper, you will leave with industry experience, a collaborative mindset, a global outlook, and a changed perspective."

Xavier Phillips - Entrepreneurial Transformation student
  • “As a former corporate lawyer who established a legal technology company in 2015, I am incredibly supportive of Bond University’s transformation programs and their willingness to be on the cutting edge of legal education. The industry has changed dramatically, with new roles being created both within corporate legal teams and law firms that focus on operations, innovation and solution designs. Bond University’s Transformation Degrees will give students the basis they need to study law, but also provide avenues into these exciting, new career opportunities within the legal sector.”

Warwick Walsh - Founder and CEO, Lawcadia
  • “I have found this course very unique from a typical technology degree. Rather than providing hard skills in specific software that will eventually become obsolete, this program is future-proofing my career by laying the foundation in multi-disciplinary abilities that expand my capacity as a technology professional. The teaching of these skills is delivered to the highest standard, and I continually receive exceptional support and mentoring from teaching and career development staff, who are invested in my professional growth. Upon graduating, I have no doubt that this degree will provide me with numerous employment opportunities and secure my future within this rapidly expanding industry.”

Taran Vardon - Bachelor of Digital Transformation
