Accommodation options

Living on campus at Bond  

When you call Bond’s campus home, living and studying on the Gold Coast is easy. All our on-campus accommodation options include a dining plan, so you don’t need to worry about cooking (and cleaning) plus you will have unmatched access to a network of support services, and our state-of-the-art facilities. Each room on campus includes electricity, laundry facilities, wireless internet and even weekly cleaning – every convenience has been considered.

Single rooms

  • Halls of Residence single room

    The Halls of Residence offer spacious single rooms with shared bathroom facilities, as well as a common room. Each room includes a desk, wardrobe, side table, air conditioning and all of Bond’s on-campus amenities.

Shared rooms

  • Accommodation Centre standard share

    In a standard share room, you will share the room with one other Bond student and have ensuite bathroom facilities. The room also includes two study spaces, and some have balconies overlooking the campus.

All life’s comforts

All Bond accommodation rooms are air conditioned and serviced weekly, with bed linen provided. They also have WiFi, comfortable beds, a bedside table, book shelf, study desk, chair, telephone and wardrobe. 

Laundry facilities

Your bed linen will be changed weekly, but for all your other washing, free laundry facilities located in all accommodation areas, offering automatic washing machines and dryers.

Common spaces

Within your building, you will have a dedicated common room space to connect with friends. Common spaces include a dining table, couch, TV and small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave, sandwich press and sink. 

Safe at home

On-campus accommodation at Bond are secure spaces, where students require their student ID card to gain access to the building and corridor. Bond Security is on campus and available 24/7. 

Booking your room

New Bondies can apply for a room in on-campus accommodation when bookings open ahead of their starting semester. Applications are completed through the Student Housing Portal, and to secure your place, you will need your Student ID number ready, and a credit card to pay the accommodation fees.
