Archives
The purpose of the Bond University Archives Policy (USP 1.02) is to ensure that a uniform and strategic approach to the preservation of any material which captures the history of Bond. It supports routine deposit of University materials in the Library.

Collection Management & Access
The Library Collection Management & Access Policy (USP 1.01) has two purposes.
- Sets responsibilities and priorities for the provision of information to Library users
- Provide a framework for the development and management of Library collections, including selection, preservation and deselection of materials
The policy supports the vision and mission of Bond University. The collection's content reflects the current and past teaching/curriculum and research needs of the University.

Open Access
The Bond University Open Access Policy (USP 1.04) has been in place since October 2013.
The University is committed to free and open access to the research and scholarly outputs of the Bond community. An open access approach facilitates the worldwide communication of the University's research and scholarly publications, passing on the benefits of research findings to other researchers, professional practitioners and the wider community. This approach enhances Bond's research profile maximising the impact of University research and scholarship.
Authors are encouraged to publish their research findings in open access journals.
