Managing your enrolment

Enrolment for next semester

Continuing students enrol in subjects for the following semester during weeks 10 to 12 of the previous semester using eStudent. You should refer to the program structure and sequence for your degree to work out the correct subjects to choose in the next semester. (Look for the study plan that is closest to the semester when you started your program.)

Class registration

After enrolling in your subjects, you will need to register for your classes in eStudent so that you know which lectures, tutorials, seminars or workshops to attend. The 3 enrolment steps - planning your subjects, enrol via eStudent and registering in classes are available for assistance. View the video instructions.

Late enrolment penalty

All continuing students need to be enrolled by Friday of Week 12 to avoid a late enrolment penalty, which is currently $350.

Changes to enrolment after Week 2

If you need to make any changes to your enrolment you can do this via eStudent up until the end of Week 2 of the following semester. After this time, students can still withdraw via eStudent until the end of Week 4 (census date), but financial penalties will apply. To add a subject before the census date, you will need to complete a late subject enrolment form and obtain permission.
