Climate Change and Law

Climate Change and Law

Climate change is expected to impact almost all aspects of human life. To address and ultimately reverse the wide-reaching effects of climate change, we need a new generation of energised, empowered, and legally educated advocates.

Learning from the Executive Dean of Bond’s Faculty of Law, you will immerse yourself in the study of climate change and law through three online modules and a one-day practical workshop.

Learn online and at your own pace about the science of climate change, major international climate change agreements, and the legal proceedings brought against governments and corporations that have failed to take action.

This course is delivered via three online modules:

  • The Science of Climate Change
  • Climate Law
  • Climate Change Litigation

Students will also complete a five-hour practical workshop, covering negligence, duty of care, and how to advocate persuasively for climate law reform.
