This new role sits within the energetic External Engagement and Marketing team in the Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine. You’ll play a hands‑on part in delivering marketing, communications and engagement activities that strengthen our connections with students, partners and the wider community, while helping to showcase the faculty’s strengths and reputation.
Working closely with the External Engagement & Marketing Manager, you’ll help coordinate events, sponsorships, communications and promotional projects that bring the faculty’s stories to life and support student recruitment.
The role is primarily based at Bond’s main campus, with one day each week spent at the Bond Institute of Health & Sport (BIHS) on Stadium Drive, Robina — a great opportunity to stay connected with activity across both locations.
About the person
- Professionally grounded and knowledgeable — You bring tertiary qualification or meaningful hands‑on experience in communications, marketing, events or a related field, and you apply that knowledge with confidence.
- A creative planner who delivers results — You can design, coordinate and deliver engagement or marketing initiatives with flair, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- An exceptional communicator — You express yourself clearly and professionally in writing, in person and over the phone, and you adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
- Relationship‑driven and collaborative — You build trust easily, work well with a wide range of stakeholders, and manage relationships with maturity, diplomacy and confidence.
- Organised, adaptable and self‑directed — You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, staying calm under pressure and working independently when needed.
- Flexible and event‑ready — You understand that great engagement sometimes happens outside standard hours, and you’re willing to support occasional after‑hours events.
