About the position

Bond University are currently seeking to interview experienced administrators who are interested in working in casual/temporary administration roles at our vibrant and busy Robina based campus.

The ideal candidates for our Casual Administrator Register (CAR) will be available to commence at short notice and be experienced in one or more of the following areas:

  • Executive assistant skills
  • Personal assistant skills
  • Marketing skills
  • Events skills
  • Finance skills
  • Reception skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Typing skills
  • General administration skills

Candidates on the CAR are employed on an “as needed” basis to backfill staff leave or to provide additional administration support during peak periods. Placements can range from a couple of days to several months on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the operational needs of the University.

About the person:

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years relevant office experience along with exceptional customer service and communication skills and a passion for working in an educational environment.

Salary details:

Hourly rates will generally vary between $30 - $40 per hour, depending on the level of skill and expertise required to undertake the role.
