How do I add subjects to my enrolment after pre-registration?
As a continuing student, you need to enrol in your subjects by the last date to enrol in the pre-registration period (Friday Week 12) to avoid a late enrolment penalty. After week 12, you can add/swap subjects to your enrolment any time up until Week 2 of the following semester for standard subjects. If you are studying intensive subjects, you will need to check the last date to enrol for the individual subject at Cancellation, Withdrawal Dates and Penalty Information.
After the end of Week 2 you will not be able to add a subject yourself in eStudent. You will need to seek approval for each individual subject from the appropriate academic and complete the Request for Late Subject Enrolment form
