I have failed a subject and I am aware that my scholarship will not cover the tuition fees associated with enrolment in repeat or substitute subjects. How will this be processed?

The scholarship tuition entitlement is based on the number of subjects required for completion of the program for which the scholarship was awarded. For example, you received a 50% scholarship in the Bachelor of Commerce which is 24 subjects and you fail a subject. You will be required to repeat the subject or enrol in an alternative subject to meet the program requirements. The ‘failed’ subject will be counted as a ‘completed’ subject for the purposes of your scholarship unless you are granted withdrawal without academic and/or financial penalty. Your progress will be monitored so that your scholarship entitlement will be exhausted once you have attempted 24 subjects.
