About the Position
The Internal Communications Lead is a 12-month project role established to drive the transformation of internal student communications at Bond and lay the foundations for a sustainable, long-term communications model. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, this role is responsible for designing and delivering a clear, scalable communications framework that measurably enhances the student experience.
The role will focus on:
- Driving and evolving the current student communications strategic framework
- Shaping and embedding clear governance, standards and ownership across the University
- Optimising and elevating the use of existing channels and systems (including CRM, email, web, event platforms and social) to improve reach, clarity and engagement
Partnering across faculties and student portfolios to embed best practice and drive adoption at scale
About the person

You think strategically, execute seamlessly and use data, platforms and storytelling to create clear, engaging and high-impact experiences. You build strong relationships, influence with credibility, and are driven to continuously improve how we connect with our audience.
You will have:
- A proven ability to turn strategy into action by translating high-level direction into clear, measurable and impactful outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder instincts, with the confidence to influence, engage and build trusted relationships at all levels, including senior leaders.
- High digital fluency, with hands-on experience across communication and web platforms, and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- A sharp understanding of governance, balancing creativity with rigour across privacy, compliance, accessibility and brand integrity, without compromising the customer experience
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $116,195.70 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
