About the Position
Bond University, Australia is looking for a strategic and dynamic International Regional Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the International Regional Manager Onshore International and Oceania, plays a key role in providing confident, competent, and credible external representation of the university in an important market in which expanded enrolment is a major institutional goal.
The successful candidate will:
- Effectively manage a team of in-country student recruitment managers and implement a recruitment plan to grow leads, improve conversion and meet recruitment targets for the region.
- Develop market recruitment strategies to grow sustainable, effective partnerships and pathways leading to cohort recruitment.
- Manage agent aggregator and digital recruitment platforms in key markets to grow quality student enrolments.
- Develop and nurture a range of relationships to optimise recruitment performance including schools, education institutions, agents, government, industry and alumni.
Contribute to the ongoing data-driven planning process, business development and evaluation of the university’s international marketing and student recruitment activities against KPI’s.
About the person
The ideal applicant will be a motivated, ambitious and results driven team player who thrives in a busy environment. They will have proven their use of data to make strategic business decisions resulting in achieving key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will be a strong relationship manager, with a proven record of developing and nurturing partnerships and pathways that deliver strong outcomes. They will have a sound knowledge of the Australian higher education sector and drivers of (and ideally experience) in successfully building partnerships in the region of responsibility.
The position ideally will be based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane, however candidates located in either Sydney or Melbourne will also be considered. Work outside of normal business hours, travel to select markets of responsibility and an abundant remote recruitment schedule is required.
Salary details
The salary range for this full-time position is $116,195.70 to $122,932.80 per annum, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
