A career in law can be intellectually challenging, personally fulfilling, and financially rewarding. Learning from Assistant Professor Dr Matthew Raj, Faculty of Law academic and Founder and Director of the Bond Criminal Law Clinic, this Learn for Credit course will immerse you in the study of criminal law.
Gain practical insight into the exciting world of criminal law, including going to court, criminal offences, criminal defences, and the powers relied upon by police.
Students will participate in practical group work preparing advice, and refining their writing skills and oral presentation skills by preparing submissions in a moot court.
You can choose to participate in just the in-person workshops, or complete the full course through the workshop, online modules and additional readings and assessment.
